We are searching for an Associate Brand Manager - eCommerce to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As the Associate Brand Manager of eCommerce, you will be responsible for supporting the eCommerce marketing for Reynolds & Hefty businesses across Amazon, Walmart, and other key retailers, as well as contributing to annual planning and day-to-day business management, including search and media budget and invoice management, data analysis, and performance tracking against KPIs. You will monitor digital trends, monitor & analyze the digital shelf, and recommend “test and learn” plans. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive business growth by executing and optimizing high-impact marketing plans, including digital advertising and sponsored search.
  • Monitor & analyze the digital shelf to ensure accuracy of product listings and understand current performance, trends, market conditions, and other contributing factors in making recommendations to achieve revenue goals.
  • Participate in strategy planning and execution for national eCommerce platforms, including Instacart & Criteo.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Shopper Marketing, Digital Content, and Sales teams to create compelling online experiences to drive consumer engagement and conversion.
  • Present eCommerce performance and share emerging capabilities to a broad, cross-functional team.
  • Lead the search & media budget and invoice management across the entire Reynolds Consumer Products portfolio.

Qualifications

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing management or CPG brand management, with a passion for the digital landscape.
  • Experience with digital advertising, SEO, SEM, and programmatic media planning, execution, optimization, and analysis.
  • A thorough understanding of the key performance metrics associated with digital marketing.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to jump into fast-paced, rapidly evolving eCommerce space.
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or another advanced degree.
  • Experience working with Amazon, Walmart Connect, or other major retailer media networks.

Role is eligible for 10% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
