Your Role:

The Maintenance Training Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all training curriculum is current and relevant. He or she will maintain training files on every Maintenance employee. They will remain cognizant of changes to subject matter to update courseware and training tools. He or she will ensure all required training documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner. In conjunction with the Lead Maintenance Supervisor and the Maintenance Superintendent, this position will maintain and implement the training schedule and conduct training. You will have the opportunity to: 

• Train and develop our employees.
• Evaluate trainee progress and qualification status.
• Work with HR, EHS, Quality, Maintenance, Process Management, Materials Management, and crafts to develop training programs, SOPs, and training schedules.
• Influence our critical quality initiatives.
• Ultimately, the Training Supervisor will manage, direct, and coordinate all activities related to training to maximize machine availability and minimize cost while maintaining safety and quality.
