Your Role:

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing production and/or supply plans to support and provide superior customer service for the various business units. This position will manage the flow of goods from the point of origin to the customer. Ultimately, you will help us increase efficiency and reduce costs across the organization. You will have the opportunity to:

• Provide direct support to warehouse leadership team to ensure the organization and efficiency of the warehouse operation. 
• Responsible for ensuring that all shipping and receiving documents and functions are completed accurately and on time.
• Act as key backup for “customer pick-up” transportation planner as required.
• Ensure all records and reports regarding warehouse activity are prepared on a timely basis and effectively maintained.
• Review operating goals, standards, and monitor achievement.

We need you to have:

• 1-3 years of experience in a high activity, distribution facility.
• Knowledge of inventory controls, cycle counting, and physical inventories.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, & Word are most important).
• Competency in data entry and keyboarding.
• Experience in SAP a plus – or working knowledge of WMS/ERP functionality.
• Requires good judgement and decision-making ability. 
• Communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills. 
• Basic math skills.
• Accuracy and thoroughness, with great attention to detail.
• Must be able to work OT when required.

Icing on the cake:

• Experience in SAP or working knowledge of WMS/ERP functionality.
