Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a Senior Finance Manager, FP&A at Reynolds Consumer Products you will lead financial planning and analysis for a key category within our organization. This role involves reviewing and analyzing financial statements, preparing schedules, and supporting all financial needs of other functions. Key responsibilities include developing robust financial models, conducting comprehensive analyses, and providing strategic insights to support critical decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial expertise, business acumen, a thorough grasp of accounting principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively across all functions.  We value and embrace diverse experiences and backgrounds to foster an inclusive workplace.

 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes for the category, ensuring accurate financials.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to understand the category’s financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. This includes analyzing sales data, cost structures, and profitability.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Implement financial strategies that align with business objectives, including long-term planning, goal setting, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Monitor month-end close activities and deliver insights on results versus expectations to leadership.
  • Create and analyze profitability reporting, providing strategic support and insights to all functions to drive financial success.

Qualifications

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience in a corporate environment.
  • 2+ years of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) supporting sales, marketing, and manufacturing activities.
  • Expertise in MS Office with high proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with large, automated financial systems such as SAP.
  • Strong analytical abilities and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence all levels within the organization.
  • Exercise sound judgment with the ability to take calculated risks and make risk/return recommendations.
  • Ability to drive superior financial performance and effectively dealing with tactical and strategic issues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
  • Work effectively in a team, collaborate across all functions, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and internal customers.

 

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • CPA Certification.
  • Prior SAP and Hyperion experience.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures used in the CPG industry.

Posted Salary Range

USD $145,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /A

Bonus Eligibility

Role is eligible for 18% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
