Your Role:
The Director, HR Operations reports to the Senior Vice President- Human Resources Operations and is responsible for the overall direction, planning and execution of Human Resources strategies across multiple plant locations for a Business Unit (BU). This individual is responsible for providing leadership enabling a workplace culture aligned to our values and driving operational excellence. This position will act as the strategic HR Business Partner to the respective Operations Vice President for the assigned BU and have dotted line responsibility for the Human Resources Managers within their respective plants.
