Your Role:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible to oversee the movement, distribution and storage of materials and finished goods. This position will develop and implement tactical programs to drive continuous improvement in workflows, space optimization, operational SOPs, warehouse infrastructure and material handling equipment management.

• Coach, develop and train 25 + team members in warehouse operations, including forklift driving certifications and technical knowledge of warehouse systems.
• Foster a team-centric workplace culture – including cross-training and operational versatility. (MHE certifications, SOP & systems literacy).
• Receive, store and ship finished goods produced by plant to RCP Customers and intercompany locations with accurate shipments of product on dates promised.
• Ensure accurate inventory control within the facility, including RCP compliant cycle counts on finished goods, raw materials & packaging materials.
• Comply with the SQF and GMP practices and programs, where applicable, to ensure safe food packaging product and report food safety problems to those with authority to act.

We need you to have:

• BA/BS degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years of related professional and progressive supervisory experience with a proven track record of developing, coaching and mentoring a diverse staff.
• 2+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Possess acumen and experience with financial budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Solid project management capabilities, with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from origin through execution.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proficient in WMS and/or ERP applications.

Icing on the cake:

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Six Sigma or Lean Certification.
• SAP.
