Responsibilities

Your Role: 

The Key Account Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing the end-to-end order process. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, ensuring delivery is completed in full and on time. The Specialist will manage specific key customer accounts, identifying and resolving order exceptions or issues that may delay fulfillment. They will also support the Reynolds Mission, Vision, Values, Goals and Business Objectives through continuous improvement and process improvement.

  • Perform work in a safe manner that protects and promotes the health and well-being of the individual and the environment.
  • Monitor and manage assigned key customer accounts to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing and tracking of customer orders.
  • Identify and resolve order exceptions, discrepancies, or delays through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, planning, and customer service to ensure smooth execution of order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve workflow efficiency and customer experience.
  • Contribute to building a diverse and inclusive workplace by respecting and valuing individual experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications

We need you to have: 

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Strong computer software skills including SAP
  • Knowledge of Transportation, Production Planning, Warehousing, and Credit.
  • Searching for an opportunity in which you have room to grow.
  • Have a great attention to details.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to work efficiently with team members and internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work with continually changing priorities and job requirements.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet customer-imposed deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, dependable and flexible.

 

Icing on the cake: 

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
  • Strong computer software skills including SAP.
