We currently have an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Associate (Temporary Assignment) to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL. 

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

• Review, process, reconcile invoices and credit memos.
• Statement reconciliations.
• Audit invoices in Medius.
• Review Park report.
• Review and follow up on invoice issues such as pricing or quantity.
• Review and acquire necessary approvals for non-PO invoices.
• Procurement liaison.
• Process error corrections, debit memos.
• Support Accounts Payable with audit requests.
• Assist in projects as assigned.
• Meeting deadlines.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

We need you to have:

• 4+ years of related professional Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proficient in data entry skills.
• Must have a good understanding of the full-cycle accounts payable process.

Icing on the cake:

• Associate's degree.
• Proficient in SAP.
