We are searching for a Deployment Planner to join our team located at our corporate headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Deployment Planner, you will be responsible for managing finished goods inventory deployment across the company distribution centers to support and provide superior customer service for the business and work cross-functionally with supply planning teams, warehouses, and transportation teams.

• Build, review, track, forecast, and adjust intra-company shipments using the system.
• Work cross-functionally to align on distribution strategy.
• Monitor and evaluate on-hand inventory to ensure that safety stock targets are met and trucks are fully utilized in the movement of finished goods.
• Analyze and leverage system capabilities.
• Reach volume, customer service, inventory, and operating expense goals.
• Express your ideas and develop your skills.

You will play an integral role as a business partner with our customers and provide business solutions that connect with our consumer, build retailer relationships, and drive sales profit!

We need you to have:

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain related areas.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with accelerated timelines. 
• Strong business and financial acumen. 
• Solid quantitative, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. 
• Creative and driven individual with a passion to grow and develop within our organization  
• Ability to work in a team environment

Icing on the cake:

• Previous experience in deployment or inventory management in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
• Proficiency in SAP, Logility, or other load building tools.
• LEAN experience.
