Responsibilities

Your Role:

 

Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Sustainability Analyst to support the development, implementation, and tracking of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. This role will play a key part in advancing our sustainability goals, analyzing data, and communicating progress across internal and external stakeholders.

 

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

  • Collect, analyze, and report sustainability data (e.g., energy use, waste, water, greenhouse gas emissions) across operations and supply chain.
  • Support ESG reporting efforts including CDP, EcoVadis, IFRS, and annual sustainability reports.
  • Assist with packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting and compliance across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for environmental impact reduction.
  • Support compliance and proactive strategy development related to sustainability and packaging regulations.
  • Assist in lifecycle assessments (LCAs) and product sustainability evaluations.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate sustainability performance.
  • Support internal education and engagement initiatives related to sustainability.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned periodically.

Qualifications

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or environmental data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, GRI, IFRS).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and continuous improvement.

Icing on the cake:

  • Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
  • Knowledge of packaging sustainability and circular economy principles.
