Responsibilities

Your Role:

The Maintenance & Reliability Transformation Manager leads the strategic modernization of maintenance and reliability practices across the organization. This role drives initiatives that enhance equipment performance, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance costs through process standardization, technology adoption, and data-driven decision-making. The Manager partners with plant leaders, engineers, and corporate teams to implement best-in-class reliability programs and continuous improvement strategies aligned with operational excellence objectives.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s maintenance and reliability transformation roadmap, aligning with safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
  • Program Development: Lead implementation of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), total productive maintenance (TPM), and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Process Optimization: Standardize maintenance workflows, preventive maintenance plans, and work-order management processes across sites.
  • Technology Integration: Champion the adoption of advanced maintenance technologies including CMMS/EAM systems, condition monitoring, IIoT sensors, and predictive analytics.
  • Performance Management: Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure asset reliability, maintenance cost efficiency, equipment uptime, and overall effectiveness (OEE).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Capability Building: Develop training programs to strengthen maintenance and reliability competencies within site teams.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change to foster a proactive, reliability-focused culture across all manufacturing sites.
  • Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to improve maintenance processes and reduce unplanned downtime.

Qualifications

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering roles within manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale maintenance improvement or transformation programs across multiple sites.
  • Up to 25% travel required.
  • Proficiency in CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor, Fiix).
  • Working knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance tools and technologies.
  • Understanding of IIoT, data analytics, and condition-based monitoring systems.
  • Familiarity with reliability analysis tools (RCM, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with ability to drive change across diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Icing on the cake:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred.

Posted Salary Range

USD $98,400.00 - USD $139,000.00 /A

Bonus Eligibility

Role is eligible for 10% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
